Thanks for stopping by! All in all, yeah, very happy with it. I mean, it's quite a bit different than regular 3 inch and 5 inch builds I usually fly, but in some ways it's different in a good way. I love my regular quads, but this one is nice since you have the added safety nets with the return to home junk, it's nice having that when you want to take it way out. I was flying my iFlight Titan H3 last week and ended up losing it and couldn't find my way back. I was flying at the worst time of day (just before dusk), and I lost track of where I was at. Next thing you know, my $400 setup failsafed between a couple houses that were a couple miles away. I shouldn't have been flying then, it was a dumb decision. But, with the Avata, I can take those chances with the return to home stuff. I just intend on using it in those emergency situations, and forget about it otherwise. I'm able to pull off most stuff with it, but it does get a little squirly sometimes on the yaw axis, but I don't really mind it. The flight time is really good, and the image transmission is out of this world, it's way better than what I get out of the V1 DJI setup. Based off how good this is, I'm definitely going to put a couple 03 air unit builds together, it's so dang good. It could use a little more power, but I hear some of the HQ props help with that, I'll be trying them out soon. I think my favorite part is the fact there's no tinkering involved. I don't mind it when I'm building out my own quads, but it sure is a nice change of pace to have something that just works, and it works really well. The tune is pretty good too, it flies better than anything that came even just a couple years ago. Not fiddling with betaflight and blheli for once sure is nice, and the overall experience is just incredible. I wouldn't recommend this as a first quad (I always tell people they should start with a whoop), but this one is nice to have in the arsenal for those of us that have been flying for a while. It's a swiss army knife quad really. Headtracking, GPS, manual/acro... it does a little of everything, and it's pretty decent at all of it.

Hey bro, thanks for stopping by! Yeah, a little bit, but I found some more a couple kick ass pilots are using that I want try out. They're way different than what I have setup, hoping it helps. Not happy with the roll rate still, a little too jittery. But honestly haven't messed with it much, been so busy just flying. Starting to tweak it a little though.

@@Xplicit_fpv I have bro, considerably. Just need to work on the roll some. I'm under 100 across the board on center stick, something like 80 for roll, 90 for pitch and 70 for yaw. I'll be playing around with them in a bit, batts on the charger.

Hey bud, thanks for stopping by! Honestly, for new drone pilots, DJI is the way to go if you can afford it. The Avata is a little cinewhoop style drone they have out that basically comes ready to fly and gives you an HD flying experience. It's pretty dang awesome really. But if you're on a budget, I'd recommend getting something small to start with. They can usually take a lot more damage, and are always a lot cheaper to buy parts and batteries for. It's been a while since I've flown, but I was having really good luck with the Happy Model Mobula 6. But, it does require some setup, so you'd have a bit of a learning curve. Happy to help you in picking one out.

Hey, thanks for stopping by! A lot of folks have been doing DIY upgrades for the Horus X10S Express battery, check out something like this - flyandhike.ch/2020/12/26/frsky-x10s-express-battery-upgrade/. For the bluetooth feature, I'm pretty sure that's just used for master/slave radio pairings. This lets one person be a trainer for another, usually used for fixed wing flying.
